None. The app has no servers of its own and sends no information to the developer or to third parties.
PULCAM uses the camera and microphone only while the app is open and only for what you ask of it: sending picture and sound to the switcher, recording a copy on the device or on an external drive and, on the switcher, using its own cameras and microphones as sources. None of that leaves your devices except what you choose to stream live.
The cameras and the switcher find and connect to each other within your Wi‑Fi network or directly between themselves, without going through the internet. Each camera has to be accepted on the switcher the first time. Network control for a Stream Deck or Bitfocus Companion works inside your network and is protected with a password.
If you set up a destination (YouTube, Twitch or another RTMP or RTMPS server), PULCAM sends the programme to that service. What that service does with your stream is governed by its own privacy policy. Stream keys are stored in your device’s Keychain: they do not appear in the settings, in the logs or in backups.
Recordings are saved on your device (Files app › PULCAM) or on the external drive you connect. What you do with them is up to you.
The switcher uses Bluetooth only to connect to MIDI controllers, and only if you ask it to.
Purchases, updates and TestFlight are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. If you share crash reports or feedback with Apple, Apple may make them available to the developer without data that identifies you.
PULCAM is not aimed at minors and collects no data from anyone, minors included.
Because PULCAM does not process personal data, there is no data of yours to access, correct or delete. If you have any question, write to info@youragency.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
